Elemental Data Collection Inc. is a privately owned and operated market research data collection company located in Ottawa, Ontario. Opened in 2006, Elemental Data Collection is a truly independent market research firm that specializes in telephone and online data collection. Partners Colin Kiviaho and Darcy Zwetko share over 30 years in data collection experience and are active members of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Marketing Research Association (MRA) and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). Elemental Data Collection is a Gold Seal Member of the MRIA.

Telephone Interviewing is conducted at Elemental Data Collection’s call centre facility in Ottawa, utilizing the latest Voxco software. Our call centre consists of 120 CATI stations and 190 calling lines. We are fully compliant with TCPA legislation for US cell phone calling and feature 70 manual stations.
